Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Beauty By Nat Irene. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment date and time. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are no longer available, and a new deposit must be made to book a new appointment. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. If a late arrival does still fit the schedule, a late fee of $25 will be due in addition to your overall total. Final payment is due at the time of service, and accepted payment methods may vary. Applicable platform fees may apply. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone with no additional guests or children unless the other guest or child has an appointment scheduled as well. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law. Thank you!
