I understand that emergencies happen You are able to cancel your appointment within 48 hours without losing your deposit. Any last minute cancellations within 24 hours will result in forfeit of deposit RESCHEDULING The same for cancellations can identify with rescheduling as well. If it is possible, please let me know if you need to reschedule within 48 hours. If I had to cancel your appointment due to a personal scheduling conflict, I will work with you to reschedule.
