Policy and Terms
At Azariel Parlour, our policies are in place to protect both our clients and our team. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms: Deposits • All appointments require a deposit to be paid online at the time of booking. • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. • Deposits cannot be transferred to another date or used as credit. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. • Cancellations or changes made after this time will result in the loss of your deposit. • No-shows will forfeit their deposit and will also be charged the remaining balance of the booked service before being able to book again. • After the 48-hour cancellation period, a £20 cancellation fee will be charged in addition to the loss of your deposit. Lateness Policy • If you are 10 minutes late, a £10 fee will be added to your service. • If you are 15 minutes late, a £15 fee will be added. • If you are 20 minutes late or more, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. Appointments • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. • Any appointment booked at or after 5:30pm will be classed as out of hours which is an additional £20 fee. This is due to the appointment running after the salon closing time of 7:00pm • If you arrive without sufficient natural nails/lashes/brows prepared for the booked service, adjustments may be made to your treatment and deposits will not be refunded. Treatment Guarantee • If you experience any issues (e.g. nail chipping or lifting) within 48 hours of your appointment, we will repair it free of charge. • After this period, all repairs are chargeable. • It is the client’s responsibility to request a patch test at least 24 hours before their treatment if they require one. Payments • Remaining balances must be paid in full on the day of your appointment. • We accept card and cash payments. Refusal of Service We reserve the right to refuse service if policies are not followed, or if a client’s behaviour is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
