✨Tattoo Policy + All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. * Deposits go toward the total cost of your tattoo. + There are NO REFUNDS or transfers under any circumstance. + CANCELLATIONS 1 * A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule. + Cancellations, no-shows, or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice forfeit your deposit. - TIME / NO-SHOWS * Failure to show up or last-minute cancellations result in loss of deposit and may require a new deposit to book * Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings. LATE ARRIVALS * A 15-minute grace period is allowed. * After 15 minutes, the sesion may be shortened or cancelled with loss of deposit. WASTED TIME . Deposits compensate for drawing time, stencil prep, and scheduling blocks. * If you arrive indecisive, unprepared, sick, or intoxicated, the session will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded. * Major design changes requested day-of may require a new deposit. ⸻ 🎨 ORIGINAL ARTWORK – POLICIES & INFORMATION Commission Policy • 50% non-refundable deposit required to begin custom artwork • Remaining balance due before pickup or shipping • No refunds on custom or commissioned pieces • Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on complexity Creative Rights • All artwork remains intellectual property of Awni unless full commercial rights are purchased • Artist reserves the right to photograph and use artwork for portfolio and promotional purposes Revisions • One minor revision included • Major revisions may incur additional fees Shipping & Damage • Client is responsible for shipping costs • Not responsible for damage once item has shipped • Tracking will be provided ⸻ 🔁 LOC RETWIST – POLICIES & INFORMATION Appointment Policy • 15-minute grace period • After 15 minutes, appointment may be canceled • No-call / no-show requires deposit for future bookings Hair Prep Policy • Hair must be taken down prior to appointment • Excessive buildup may require wash add-on • Heavy new growth may incur additional fee Payment Policy • Payment due at time of service • No refunds once service is completed Satisfaction Clause Adjustments must be requested within 24 hours of appointment. ⸻ 🖊 NOTARY SERVICES – POLICIES & INFORMATION Identification Requirement • Valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID required • Name on ID must match document Refusal Rights I reserve the right to refuse notarization if: • Signer appears coerced • Signer appears impaired • Proper ID is not provided • Document is incomplete Travel Fees • Travel fees are separate from notarial fees • Travel fees are non-refundable once appointment is confirmed Legal Disclaimer (Required) I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in Colorado and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. ⸻ ✨ LASH EXTENSIONS – POLICIES & INFORMATION Deposit Policy • Deposit may be required to secure appointment • Deposit is non-refundable Late Policy • 10-minute grace period • After 15 minutes, appointment may be canceled Fill Policy • Must have 40% of lashes remaining • After 3 weeks = full set required No Refund Policy Due to the nature of lash services, no refunds will be issued.
