Policy and Terms
Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Any appoinments cancelled with less than 24hrs notice must pay a deposit to the value of 25% of the service booked. This will be taken off the appointment cost once the reschelduled booking is completed.
