Policy and Terms

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Appointments are 1 to 1 only. We understand that unexpected situations can happen and have allowed a grace period of 15 mins until your appointment will have to be rescheduled or cut short. Kindly inform us if you are running late. 🚨 IMPORTANT: • 50% cancellation fee if cancelled within less than 24 hour period. To be settled within 48hrs, in order to make another appointment with us. • 100% booking fee will be required prior to booking your next appointment if no-show or failure to reschedule within 24 hour period.
