Aubri’s Beauty Lounge values your time and patronage. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. 

If an appointment time is unavailable on our calendar, clients are encouraged to add their name to the Wishlist. We will make every effort to accommodate your request by manually scheduling your appointment as soon as possible. 

All services are provided in a professional manner, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.
