Policy and Terms

Rescheduling is available within a 72hr window of your appointment— missed appointments without rescheduling are non-refundable. Punctuality is important. I schedule sessions with 15 minute breaks in between. Meaning, if you book for 9PM & don’t show up until 9:10 I can only read you until 10PM ET, regardless. If you are more than 15 mins late I will view your appointment as a no-show.
