Policy and Terms

Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Ashley hair Salon. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 1 hours before the appointment. After a 15-minute late arrival, you may lose your spot and have to wait for availability; a reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business, and walk-ins are welcome when availability allows. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
