Please read carefully before booking AS GLAM BEAUTY LLC BOOKING POLICY: • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment (goes toward your service). • No deposit = No appointment • Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance • Arrive with NO makeup or oily products (for lash/brow services) • 10 min grace period – after that, appointment will be cancelled • No kids, guests, or food – space is limited • For lash fills, you must have at least 40% of lashes • Fills: every 2–3 weeks max • 4+ weeks = new full set ⸻ OMBRE BROWS DISQUALIFICATIONS: You cannot be serviced if you: • Are under 18 • Are pregnant or nursing • Have diabetes (w/o doctor’s note) • Have eczema/psoriasis/sunburn/acne on brows • Had Botox within 2 weeks • Are allergic to pigment/makeup • Have active skin cancer or bloodborne illness (HIV, Hepatitis) • Take Accutane, blood thinners, or have heart conditions Important: • If any of the above apply and you arrive to your appointment, it will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. • If your brows have been tattooed or microbladed, send clear photos before booking. • If your brows cannot be corrected and you arrive without sending photos, your deposit will also be forfeited. NO REFUNDS

Policy and Terms

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. If not cancelled within 48 hours, or in the case of a no-show, the client will be charged 100% of the scheduled cost. All prepaid appointments and deposits are non-refundable.
