“I had my ombré lips and combo eyebrows done at Arch Define UK and I absolutely love them! 😍 From the moment I arrived, everyone at the clinic was so friendly and welcoming. They made me feel really comfortable and at ease throughout my treatments and kept checking that I was okay. The care and attention they give you is amazing, and you never feel rushed. 𝐃𝐄𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐒 A deposit is required on booking & is non refundable ..transferable with 48hrs notice. 𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐈𝐍𝐅𝐎 Please arrive 5/10mins early ready to fill out your consultation form if you haven’t already done so, 10minutes late your appointment will be cancelled & your deposit will be lost. No other person/s will be allowed in the treatment room with you, however we do have a waiting area they can take a seat in down stairs (children must be supervised) 𝟒𝟖𝐇𝐑 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 If you leave less than 48hrs before cancelling your appointment your deposit will be lost. 𝐍𝐎 𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐖 We completely understand things pop up, but if you no show & do not let us know you will be changed 100% of the treatment & to rebook you will have to pay upfront.
