Annahagh Dog Grooming

By booking your pet in for a service you confirm they are fit and healthy to be groomed and you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1) Your pet must be collected within a 30 minute window after notice they are ready. A fee of £5 will be charged per 15 minutes after this. You will be notified 15 minutes before they are ready. Please do not return to collect your dog without receiving a message. 2) 48 hours notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments & late cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost before any future appointments can be made. A groom may need to be rescheduled if you are more than 15 minutes late, without prior reasonable notice. 3) If your dog shows signs of aggression or extreme anxiety, the groom may be stopped for safety of both the pup and myself. You may still be charged partially or in full for the appointment depending on the time and effort spent. 4) If fleas or ticks are found on your dog, a flea treatment will be required and charged at an additional fee. A pet may be refused a service if a parasite infestation is suspected that could spread to other pets / the salon. 5) I will always take the utmost care of your pet. However, grooming is not without risk as sharp tools are used. You agree that the groomer will not be liable for injuries that may occur during their groom, provided reasonable care is taken. 6) Severe matting may require shaving the coat very short to avoid pain or injury to your pet. This can reveal skin irritations or parasites not previously visible. You acknowledge that the groomer is not liable for any aftereffects due to de-matting or shaving, including irritation or nicks. You will always be made aware of this before any short clipping work is carried out. 7) In case of emergency, your pet’s vet & yourself will be immediately contacted. You agree to be responsible for any resulting veterinary charges providing reasonable care was taken.
