Please review the following policies before booking: DONT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE NOT 100% sure you are keeping your appointment. AFTER 1 RESCHEDULE YU NEED TO REBOOK! Last min no show/or no cancellation will cause you to be banned from booking. Due to the amount of cancellations, my time is very Valuable. If you need to reschedule at any time please contact me ASAP. 🔒 Booking & Payment • A $25 non-refundable consultation fee is required for all in-person or virtual appointments before any custom wig or hair service can be booked. Covers the time reserved for your meeting to take accurate head measurements, discuss style preferences, and review order details. • Includes operational expenses such as website maintenance, booking systems, and administrative costs. • Is not applied toward the cost of any future service or order. Appointments will not be confirmed until the consultation fee is paid in full. By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. • A 50% Deposit is required at the time of booking which goes towards the Remaining balance and the remaining must be paid in cash before your wig is picked up or on a card if being shipped. 📦 Send-In Hair Requirements • Hair must be clean, dry, and labeled (e.g., “Bundle 1, Frontal”). • We are not responsible for poor results caused by damaged, used, or low-quality hair. • Please send in your hair within 3 business days of booking. Delays may push back your turnaround time. 🕒 Turnaround Time • Standard turnaround: 3–10 business days from when your hair is received. • Rush service is available for an extra fee (if booking slots are open). 🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations • You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. • Cancellations made with proper notice will result in credit toward future services (deposit is still non-refundable). • No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of deposit and any payment made. 🛑 Refund Policy • Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final. • No refunds will be issued once the wig-making process has begun. • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 💇🏾‍♀️ Wig Revamp & Repairs • Wigs must be clean and in wearable condition. • Turnaround time for revamps may vary depending on condition and service. 📬 Shipping Policy • You are responsible for shipping costs when sending in your hair. • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. • Once your wig is complete, a tracking number will be provided for return delivery. Ordering Bundles From Angiee’s Collection We offer Raw and Virgin 100% human hair bundles sourced from Indian, Vietnamese, Cambodian, and Filipino origins. Each bundle is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure quality, texture, and length accuracy. Due to the natural nature of human hair, slight variations in color or texture may occur. 2. Order & Payment • All orders must be placed through our official Goldie store. • Payments are securely processed at checkout. We accept credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other available payment methods listed at checkout. • Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional discounts are valid only during the posted time frame. 3. Shipping & Processing • Processing time is 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom orders may require additional processing time. • Shipping times vary depending on your selected shipping method and location. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. 4. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been processed. • If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for review. • Approved replacements will be shipped at no additional cost. 5. Hair Care & Maintenance Proper care is essential to maintain the quality and longevity of your hair bundles. We provide recommended care instructions with every purchase. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, coloring, chemical processing, or styling. 6.
