❤️‍🔥Policies - I have a dog 🐶 named Maple, Australian Shepherd (Médium sized) she is very sweet, but will bark for the first minute while you walk in. she would never harm you. She just barks. She will calm down in one minute and then she’ll want cuddles and kisses! 💕 if you have an allergy or fear of dogs, I am not the nail tech for you!❤️ -72 hour guarantee of work and we’ll fix it for free under that schedule. Anything after that may be a new service. -payment is due at the end of the service e-transfer and cash accepted. 📅 Appointments & Cancellations -A $20 nonrefundable deposit fee is required to secure your appointment. Failure to cancel within 48 hours, no-show will result in a loss of your deposit -10 minute late grace period . After that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and loss of your deposit. -please come solo ✨ Special Hours Fee ✨ If you need an appointment past 4PM🌙 or weekend 🌸 appointments an exception will be made. A $20 🌙 evening fee , $25 weekend🌸 will be added to your service total💕 -Please book with the understanding that I am a luxury nail tech, not a quick service . your appointment is based in quality and creativity 🧼 Nail Prep & Health -Arrive with clean hands/nails—excess debris or product removal may incur a fee. -I reserve the right to refuse service for contagious conditions (e.g., nail fungus, open wounds). 💅 Foreign Removals -Pls Inform me in advance if you have nails from another tech. -Removals cost $15 and must be booked separately. -I do not work over another technician’s work 📄 Waiver & Safety You have to inform me of any allergies, skin conditions, or irritations.
