All prices are estimates and are based on well behaved pets in good condition who are on a regular grooming schedule. Pets coming in less regularly will incur extra charges for extra grooming. Pets with behavior issues and require additonal time and support will be charged accordingly. In lieu of a deposit, all new clients are required to have a card on file. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us 48 hours notice. No shows or same day cancellations will incur 100% of the service fees for your pets appointment, charged to the card on file. Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the appointment start time to avoid no show or late cancellation fees. Please let us know if your pet: Has any medical conditions. If your pet or any household members have any allergies, especially to scents. If your pet has been to the vet or recieved an updated Rabies Vaccination since your last appoimtmemt. Pets are required to be picked up within 45 minutes of being notified the are ready. If you will be unable to pick up your pet within that time, please notify us before you drop off your pet for their appointment. If for any reason you are unhappy with your pets groom or experience issues you attribute to the grooming process, please inform us within 48 hours and we will make every effort to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.
