Deposits are non-refundable.

First time customer please use the site in its entirety especially if requesting extension e.g. hair color, type, and preferred style.

Please book any additional service that is needed e.g detangling, take downs, beads etc. If the service is not booked prior to your appointment there is no guarantee that you will be accomadated.

 Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments ONCE up to 48 hours before start time.
Last minute cancelation or rescheduling will require a $15.00 fee. that must be paid before confirming new appointment.
 
 Rebooking must be done within that month. 
After that, a deposit will be required.

 Deposits are non-refundable.

 No show clients will not be able to book again. 

Hair must be detangled "IF YOUR FINGERS CAN'T GO THROUGH IT MY COMB CAN'T GO THROUGH IT" before service, or a $20.00 detangling fee will be added. 
If you prefer to wash at home, please do not added any oil or grease to hair before service.

 A 15-minute grace period is allowed, with a $10.00 late fee applied thereafter. 

Services Booked cannot be changed at the time of appointment. 

Please read the service description carefully before booking.

No alteration to service is accepted e.g. hair length, or hair type.

Any added accessories that's "NOT" provided by Angel's hair Loft (beads)will be charges accessories price (keep in mind it's still my time and products being used).

Please make sure that your child is well rested and fed before their appointment.  Free snacks does not substitute as a meal especially if the service is longer than 2 hours 

Free snacks will be provided if needed.
