Anaya Mobile Auto Detailing Service Policies and Terms 1. Appointments and Scheduling • All services are by appointment only. Availability must be confirmed by phone or text prior to booking. • Same day service may be available depending on location and schedule. • A 15 minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond this window may be considered a no show. ⸻ 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Same day cancellations or missed appointments may result in a partial service charge to cover reserved time and travel. ⸻ 3. Service Conditions • Anaya Mobile Auto Detailing is fully mobile and provides its own water and power when needed. • For eco conscious service, we may request access to a nearby electrical outlet. • Windy, dusty, or unsafe conditions may qualify for rescheduling at the customer’s request or at our discretion. If service proceeds under these conditions, we are not responsible for dust or debris that may settle during or after the service. • Vehicles with excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or heavily neglected interiors may require additional time and may result in extra charges. Any additional fees will be discussed and approved on site before service begins. ⸻ 4. Walkthrough and Satisfaction • A final walkthrough will be completed after service to review the work and ensure satisfaction. • If any concerns are noticed after the appointment, please contact us within 24 hours. Re service may be offered at our discretion depending on the issue. ⸻ 5. Pricing and Payment • All prices are starting estimates and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and service requirements. • Payment is due immediately upon completion of service. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and other pre approved payment methods. ⸻ 6. Liability • Anaya Mobile Auto Detailing is not responsible for pre existing damage, clear coat failure, paint defects, or mechanical issues discovered during service. • Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle before and after detailing. ⸻ 7. Weather Policy • Appointments may be rescheduled due to high winds, excessive dust, rain, or unsafe working conditions. • Light rain or moderate weather does not automatically cancel an appointment if adequate covered space is available. ⸻ 8. Privacy and Communication • Customer information is kept confidential and used only for scheduling, service follow ups, and optional promotional updates. • We do not sell or share personal information with third parties. ⸻ 9.
