Anaya’s Haven Couture — Alterations Policy Appointments & Cancellations Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations or missed appointments may require a new booking. Deposits & Payments Any deposit or down payment collected is applied directly toward the total cost of your alterations and deducted from your remaining balance. It is not an additional fee. Once alteration work has begun, payments toward alterations are non-refundable, as they are applied toward labor and work performed. Alteration Pricing Pricing is based on the garment and alterations discussed during your fitting. Additional alterations or changes requested afterward may result in additional charges. Any additional costs will be communicated before the extra work is performed. Processing Time Standard alteration turnaround is approximately 7–14 business days, depending on the garment, complexity, and current workload. Bridal gowns, formalwear, and extensive alterations may require additional time and multiple fittings. Rush requests are subject to availability and may include an additional rush fee. Fittings Please bring the shoes, undergarments, shapewear, and accessories you intend to wear with your garment. Changes needed due to different shoes, undergarments, body measurements, or a change in the desired fit may result in additional charges. Bridal & Formalwear Please provide your wedding or event date at your first fitting. Bridal and formal garments may require multiple fittings, and completion timelines will be discussed based on the work required. Final Fitting & Pickup Clients are encouraged to try on and inspect their garment at the final fitting or pickup. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the garment is released. Agreement By booking an appointment, leaving a garment with Anaya’s Haven Couture, and/or submitting payment toward alterations, the client acknowledges and agrees to these policies.
