Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before original appointment time. 

However if failed to inform me that you cannot attend or need to reschedule after the 48 hours a cancellation fee will be charged before your next booking or the deposit will not be moved over for the rescheduled appointment. 

Please respect this policy is in place as too many people don’t show up to appointments without letting me know or too last minute to refill the slot,  which leave a huge impact on me without that income that day to pay my rent products and my time allocated for that appointment.
