DEPOSITS: When booking your appointment your will be asked to place a 50% deposit for your service. This deposit will be deducted from the total at the day of your appointment. WE WILL SEND YOU A LINK WHERE TO PLACE THE DEPOSIT WITHIN 24h. The appointment is not confirmed untill the deposit has been placed. 💕 CANCELLATION POLICY: Any appointments cancelled with less than 24h of notice will forfeit their deposit and will not be able to transfer deposit . LATE POLICY: Appointments may be CANCELLED and no-refound will be given if the client is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment. We take multiple clients a day and need the full amount of time for each appointment. You may schedule a new appointment but will need to place another deposit. INFILLS: We DON’T infill works we didn’t make. If you have someone else’s product, please book “Removal for New Set” in addition to your treatment. DIFFERENCE BETWEEN JUNIOR AND SENIOR NAIL TECH: Our junior nail tech are QUALIFIED TECHNICIANS with almost two years of experience that differentiates from senior just by the time consuming: to get the same Senior quality, they take a bit more time. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation earlier than 24h or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment in time using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking.
