Aluxx Nails

❗️POLICY❗️ (Please read before booking 🫶🏽) 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭. Nails: New clients please come with bare nails, or make sure book a “foreign soak off” if you are coming with nail enhancements from another technician. Deposits: A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to finalize your appointment. Deposits go towards your final total. Where to pay: Cashapp @AluxxNails or Apple-pay @520-635-7718 Remaining amounts are due in person. Location: I am home based & located In Arizona City, AZ. Once fully booked you will receive an instant confirmation with the exact location and a reminder text 24 hours before your appointment time. You may occasionally receive promotional texts to disclose any upcoming deals, discounts, or information Late fees: Please notify me if you are running late. The grace period is 10 minutes. After 10 minutes there will be a $10 late fee. After 20 minutes, your appointment (may) be cancelled to avoid overlapping appointments. A new deposit will be required to reschedule. Cancellation: All cancellations must be done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. There is no cancellation fee, but remember your deposit is non-refundable. If you plan to reschedule, a new deposit is required. Fills: Fills should be scheduled every 2-3 weeks, depending on nail growth. I do not encourage more than three weeks of wear without being serviced. Nails worn longer than 3+ weeks need to be rebalanced. If you choose to wait longer than the recommend time between fills, that is at your own risk and discretion. At home care: It’s important that to maintain the quality of your nails, you look after them with love! Make sure to get a length that you can work with. Use your cuticle oil, dry your hands thoroughly, and hardest of all, try not to pick at them! Nail Issues: In the event that you break a nail or are unsatisfied with results, please contact me within 3 days of the initial appointment to schedule a day to fix any issues. A refund will not be offered on a completed service. You understand that prices are subject to change IF you did not click all add-ons that apply directly to your nail set, OR would like to add more designs in person to your set that weren’t additionally selected online.
