Patch testing: Patch testing is required for certain treatments. This is the client’s responsibility to book and attend where advised by Alura Beauty. No treatment will be carried out without a valid patch test, if required. 

Medical & aftercare: Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies or sensitivities when booking treatments. Aftercare advice must be followed to achieve best results.
