SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS WILL REQUIRE A $10 FEE NO EXCUSE!!!!!!!
	1.	Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of $10 is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your total service cost.
	2.	Confirmation: Appointments must be confirmed 24 hours prior, or they may be canceled.
       3. Sunday Appointments: Appointments requested on Sundays or outside regular shop hours will include an additional fee of  $10 This fee must be paid at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

	1.	Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
	2.	Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit.

Late Policy

	1.	Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit will not be refunded.
	2.	Please communicate if you anticipate being late to determine if your appointment can still proceed.

Service Policies

	1.	All services are final. Refunds are not provided for completed services.
	2.	If you have concerns with your service, please notify us within 48 hours for a complimentary adjustment.

Health and Safety

	1.	Clients must arrive with clean lashes (no mascara, oils, or residue). A cleaning fee may apply if this requirement is not met.
	2.	Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment.

Children and Guests

For safety and focus, only the client receiving the service is allowed in the workspace.

Rescheduling

	1.	You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without losing your deposit.
	2.	Rescheduled appointments must be booked within 14 days of the original date.

Payment Terms

	1.	Remaining balances are due at the time of service and can be paid via Cash, Card, or digital payments like Zelle or Apple Pay.
	2.	Tips are appreciated but not required.
