Policy and Terms

Clients of All-Star Stoppage Solutions LLC are required to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. By booking an appointment, clients agree to abide by these cancellation and no-show policies. Non-compliance may lead to additional fees or limitations on future bookings.

Toilet Replacement provided By ASSS

Our Toilet Replacement service includes removal and installation of a new white elongated or round toilet, with inspection of the flange. New wax seal, bolts, bolt caps, and caulking. Flange repair or replacement is available for an additional fee of $150.00 to $185.00 Disposal of the old toilet incurs an extra charge of $85.00

We would remove the toilet to replace the wax seal and inspect the flange for its condition. If the flange is in good condition, we would then reinstall the toilet and seal its base with caulk.

When replacing a single or three-handle tub valve, we will furnish and install a single-handle Moen Posi-Temp tub and shower valve. Access will be gained through the opposing drywall surface. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage to or reinstallation of tiles should they require exposure during this process.

This pricing encompasses a comprehensive, zone-by-zone inspection of the sprinkler system, identifying any malfunctioning sprinkler heads. This service does not include the repair or replacement of damaged sprinkler heads or piping, which would incur additional charges.
