POLICY Strictly NO plus ones. All natural hair should be washed and blow-dried fully with NO OILS or this will result in cancellation and remaining fee will be charged. PRECAUTIONS Please check your scalp before you book. If you have any lice, sores or extreme scabs in your scalp please avoid booking. Avoid relaxing your hair a week prior to your appointment as this could cause breakage. PLEASE NOTE The standard length for braids is waist length which all prices are based on. If you’d like anything longer than this, we charge extra according to the length. All appointments are to be confirmed 24hrs before to avoid cancellations. Please book the exact hairstyle that you’ll be wanting to do 🙏,Those who are booking without deposit please confirm your appointment a day before prior fail-to do that appointment ll be canceled .do add hair wash if you’ll be washing please please . LATENESS and CANCELATION If you are running behind schedule, please let us know at least 15 minutes BEFORE your scheduled arrival time. After 30 minutes without receiving a text/call, your appointment will be canceled. Deposits can be applied towards a future appointment if you cancel your original appointment at least 48 hours in advance. You may reschedule via the confirmation email you received when you first book . Upon arrival i only accept CASH. Please come prepared or you will be turned around and appointment will have to be rescheduled. Deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE . HAIR REQUIREMENTS Your hair must be at least 5 inches around your whole head for knotless plaits. ( if you aren’t too sure you can send me pictures of your hair through WhatsApp or phone number ) Please arrive with your hair washed , detangled , stretched and properly blown out from the root to the end for a better outcome . Those who ll be not washing their hair.( feel free to add on “blow-out” if needed ) NO BLUNT ENDS ( for knotless ) , PERM BURNS, FEED INN ,THIN HAIR, SCABS, CUTS, ETC. No oils added to hair before arriving, you can bring your oil therefore i can apply it after NO WET HAIR. please refrain from booking if your tender headed !i wouldn’t recommend these styles for people with SUPER THICK HAIR due to the fact that the results won’t come out the same .
