Policy and Terms

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24-36 hours before start time. Clients who reschedule day of or less than 24 hrs of appointment time will have a $20 Deposit fee may be different depending on the amount of time booked out. deposit fee owed in order to reschedule. Appointments canceled less than 1 hr before apt will be charged full price. Same day cancellation fee is half of the appointment amount. No shows will not be allowed to rebook in the future for any services. Clients have a 10 min grace period, please communicate with me if running late, depending on your service we can squeeze you in.
