• Please be on time for appointments, if your more than 10 minutes late this may result in cancellation • A confirmation message will be sent the week of your appointment ,if this isn’t confirmed by 5pm the day before your appointment it will therefore be passed onto another client • No shows / Last minute cancellations must pay a fee if you would like to be rebooked • I accept cash / revolut payments • When booking online , please double check the phone number is correct as I will send the message to this number to confirm the slot • Refills are classed from 2-3 weeks, lashes on 4+weeks are classed as a full set • Please ensure your lashes are clean of any products when coming to your appointment • I don’t refill other lash techs work
