Thank you for booking with me. A few things you should know before/during booking! - Late Fees: you’ll have a 10 minute grace period. At minute 11, you’ll be charged a $10 late fee. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you’ll need to pay a new retainer fee and schedule a new appointment. Rescheduling: if you need to reschedule your appointment, I’ll need 24 hours advance notice, if less than 24 hours notice for a reschedule, you’ll owe an additional 30 dollars for the late notice. All no call no shows can still book an appointment with me, you’ll just have to pay 50% of the service you no called/no showed for. Please keep up with your confirmation email. There is a link within the confirmation email that allows you to reschedule your appointment at any time. If you reschedule your 6 week follow up with less than 24 hours advance notice, you’ll

As soon as I walked in I was greeted. Customer service was great. Instructions was given before the procedure and afterwards step by step. I felt comfortable and it actually took less time then I expected.  She was very professional and I wouldn't have a problem recommending her. 

The overall process was very  relaxing and easy.  Jeanica was very professional and did a great job with my Brows!

Very professional. She explains every detail so you will know what to expect during and after the process. My eyebrows look so good. I will be recommending her to anyone that’s interested in getting their eyebrows done.

Yesterday I got my eyebrows done, and baby… I’m loving them 😍 It’s crazy how something so simple can make you feel refreshed, polished, and back in your feminine energy. My brows came out clean, natural, and exactly how I wanted them. Definitely needed this little self-care moment. 💕
