Policy and Terms

Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. Please note Tax is NOT included in the prices. At checkout 15% Tax will be added to all appointments excluding consultations. 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Serious circumstances are taken into consideration. When you arrive please wait outside the BACK GATE which is located at the END OF THE DRIVEWAY. You will be walked through to the Clinic. Customers are advised to not wear makeup to their appointments, this helps the practitioner to see your skin concerns and keeps the area clean before Injectables. Please drink lots of water before and after your appointment and make sure to eat a substantial meal before attending your appointment, this will ensure the body's blood sugar will be raised and more prepared for the stamina and energy needed for an appointment. Please do not arrive before your designated appointment time, If you are early then please do wait in your car to stay warm. Parking is available anywhere on Darenth Lane on the left hand side of the road. There is also more parking at Tesco Riverhead & Majestic Wines. If you are bringing a plus one, please inform the practitioner beforehand so that we can arrange suitable seating inside the clinic. There will always be an extra chair for guests visiting the clinic. But prior notice is essential. No Children Are Allowed In The Clinic. Pets Are Not Allowed In The Clinic ( Guide Dogs Only )
