At AestheticallyFine Beauty & Body Bar, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and consistency for all clients, the following policies are strictly enforced: Deposits & Payments • A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits must be paid online at the time of booking. • The remaining balance can be paid using Zelle, Cash, Credit Card, or Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) options. • Clients must inform the provider of their chosen payment method before the procedure begins. • By booking, you authorize AestheticallyFine to charge the card on file for any balances owed, including but not limited to consultation fees, cancellation fees, no-show fees, or unpaid service balances. • All deposits and fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. ⸻ Consultation & Medical Clearance • A $75 consultation fee is required prior to booking your service. • If you proceed with your procedure, the consultation fee will be applied toward your service balance. • There is also a separate $75 medical director clearance fee required for all procedures. ⸻ Rescheduling • Clients are allowed 1 reschedule per appointment without penalty. • After the first reschedule, a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment date. ⸻ Cancellations & No-Shows • All cancellations will result in a cancellation fee of 85% of the total service cost. • No call / no shows will result in a 100% charge of the service cost and forfeiture of deposit. • Fees must be paid before booking any future appointments. ⸻ Late Arrivals • A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. • After 11 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be applied. • Arrivals 15 minutes or more late will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of deposit. Acknowledgement By booking with AestheticallyFine, you agree to these terms and fully understand that all deposits and fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
