Policy and Terms

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48hrs before start time. Cancellations within 48hrs incur 50% of appointment fee - within 24 hours require full payment to be made same day. Failure to do so will result in future appointments being cancelled. Thank you for understanding!

Patch test

If you’re a client who has unfortunately had to stop getting eyelash extensions in the past due to sensitivity or allergic reaction - opal free has arrived and I am the first and only lash artist Australia world to offer this plant based adhesive that is made just for you! A patch test involves prep and placement of around 10-15 lashes on one eye and a waiting period of 72 hours afterward to ensure reaction does not occur. Book your free patch test and get those extensions back on! 🤎

Mini Refresh 1hr

Usually booked no later than 1-1.5 weeks since your last appointment. Ideal for a QUICK infill. If you’re someone who has a sparser lash line or slow lash growth this option is perfect to get most if not full coverage at around the 2 week mark.

Usually booked around the 2-3 week stage. This session is for the client who maintains their lashes well, doesn’t have super fast lash growth or visible gaps. Perfect maintenance appointment!

Extended Refill 1hr40

This infill is for clients who tend to go longer inbetween appointments, have significant loss of lash extensions and/or issues maintaining their extensions between fills. Also ideal for a client who has a specialty lash set such as the wispy look. This longer appointment ensures full coverage as long as you haven’t lost more than 50% of your initial set.

Lash Removal - without any other service.

Removal of work by Hayley capped at $30. This service includes a standard removal - if you’re needing more than the allocated half an hour the price increases by $10 for each 10 minute block required if coming from another artist and work is harder to remove.
