Deposits are non-refundable, but I understand that life happens and I’ll always try to be fair. 🩷 Cancellations, Rescheduling & Emergencies: If something unexpected comes up, please let me know as soon as possible. I’m very understanding with genuine emergencies and will do my best to reschedule your nail day. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being non-refundable. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time 💗 🩷 Late Arrivals: There is a 10-minute grace period. After that, the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled so I can respect the next client’s time. 🩷 No-Shows: Repeated no-shows may require full payment before booking again. I just ask for honesty and communication. 🩷 Guests: Guests are welcome, I just ask that you please let me know in advance so I can keep the space comfortable and cozy for everyone. 🩷 Fixes: If anything happens to your nails within 48 hours, message me and I’ll happily fix it.
