I also offer a number of clerical services for the overwhelmed business owner. What you don't have time for, I make time to get it done. All the services I offer can be booked below. Please note, no booking is set without a deposit and non-refundable consults are required for all new clients through cash app $AbundantAisha. Consultations

This service consists of a phone call or google meets mtg. This call is purposed for introductions & to discuss your special occasion/event or clerical tasks request. Any call that exceeds 15 minutes will be charged a $25 Non-refundable fee.

Emcee/Moderator/Hosting

With this service I will emcee, host or even moderate the panel discussion at your event or special occasion. This has a 3 hour duration. After 3 hours an additional $50 per 30 minute increments will be billed. A deposit & contract are required.

Guest or Keynote Speaker

With this service I offer my speaking skills as a guest speaker or the keynote speaker for your event/seminar/conference etc. The rate for guest speaker or keynote speaker is $200. Deposit & contract required.

Day Of Services

This service was created for those who need someone at their event to provide assistance at the last minute. This could be due to unforeseen circumstances, or simply because they need a coordinator for the day(i.e. wedding/reception/bridal shower/baby shower etc). The rate for this service is $200. 48 hour notice is preferred. A dep. & contract are required. This service is based on availability and is provided anywhere from a 4 hour time frame. More time may be allotted for an additional fee.

VIP

Guest VIP Care is a signature service that I offer to my clients. I place my focus solely on you and your guest speakers and/or keynote speaker. I would be their point of contact immediately before and for the duration of your event. This service gives you the freedom to be present as the event creator. A deposit & contract are required for this service. More time may be allotted for an addl. charge.

Event Management

This service can be utilized for a variety of special occasions (weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, conferences, seminars and more). The type of event, size, number of guests, and how much support you may need will determine the cost because this service is occasion specific and hands on from start to finish. The fee for this service can range anywhere between $450 to $1500 per event. You can request something as small as a private intimate gathering to hundreds of guests where I would even become the point of contact for your vendors and so much more. Deposit & contract required.

Clerical Tasks

These services are for the swamped business owner that need assistance with tedious tasks that they're struggling to fit into their schedule. These tasks are tailored specifically to your business. What you don't have time to do, I make time for. For example sending emails, making business phone calls, appointment setting, project management to creating newsletters and more. The rate for this service is $25 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. Deposit & contract required.
