Appointment & Booking Policies Late Arrivals: Arrivals 15 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time are subject to cancellation. Cancellations & Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment will be required to pay a $25 deposit before booking another appointment. Accepted Payments: Cash, major credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods. Children & Additional Guests: To maintain a peaceful, relaxing, and safe treatment environment, please arrange childcare prior to your appointment.
