A very professional and knowledgeable session learning about why my injuries recur! Great guy and after a good massage to iron out those knots, leaves you feeling that you know you’re going to sleep well. 

Came to Adrian with Hamstring pain , which was going on for weeks with no sign of recovery. After a 1 hour session I felt more relieved and revived then I have in 3.5 weeks of “giving it time” very professional and the utmost care to his work.

My 1st time seeing a physio as I always believed that a good stretch would get you through, but suffered with a knee problem for a month but after a session with Adrian, all I can say is WOW! What a thorough job he did based on my injury. Thankful for all his advice too. 100% recommend
