Digital Services Only – All services are provided remotely. Deposits Required – A non-refundable deposit (20% minimum, 50% for projects over $500) is due to secure your project. Turnaround Time – Varies by service; delays due to missing content may extend timelines. Revisions – Up to three (3) rounds of revisions included. Additional revisions incur a $15 fee per policy. Late Payments – Subject to a 5% late fee after seven (7) days, assessed every 30 days. Referral Program – Earn 5–10% off your next service when you refer a new client.
