Policy and Terms
Full New House Cleaning – Terms & Conditions 1. Service Scope The cleaning service includes dusting, sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, window and door cleaning (visible areas only), and balcony cleaning. Deep cleaning of tiles, hard water stains, or paint marks will be done as per the visible condition. Ceiling fan, light fitting, and switchboard cleaning will be included if accessible. 2. Customer Requirements Customer must provide electricity, sufficient water, and a ladder/stool for height cleaning. Please ensure all valuable and breakable items are safely kept before cleaning begins. House should be empty before cleaning start 3. Booking & Scheduling Service will be confirmed after date and time are mutually agreed. Reporting time is usually between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM (unless otherwise scheduled). In case of bad weather or water shortage, service may be postponed to the next available slot. 4. Payment Terms Full payment is to be made after service completion in cash. Advance payment may be requested for large or full-day jobs. 5. Cancellation Policy Cancellations or rescheduling must be informed at least 3 dats before the scheduled time. Last-minute cancellations may attract a visiting charge. 6. Limitations Cleaning is done on a best-effort basis depending on condition and accessibility. Hard cement, permanent paint stains, rust, or damaged surfaces may not be fully cleanable. Furniture or heavy items will not be shifted unless agreed in advance. 7. Safety & Conduct Our staff are trained and verified. Please avoid giving personal tasks beyond the service scope. Customer should be present during the cleaning or send a responsible person for supervision. 8. Liability The company is not responsible for pre-existing damages, broken fixtures, or items not disclosed prior to cleaning. Any complaint must be reported within 24 hours after service completion. 9. Satisfaction Policy Our team always strives for customer satisfaction. If any area is missed, please inform the team immediately — they will rectify it on the same day if possible. Bathroom cleaning 1. Service Scope Cleaning includes floor, wall tiles, WC, washbasin, taps, shower area, and basic hard–water stain removal. 2. Not Included Deep stains, permanent marks, silicon removal, cement spots, and heavy hard-water scaling, plastic items like bucket may not be fully removable. 3. Customer Requirements Provide water, electricity, and good ventilation. Keep personal items, toiletries, and valuables removed before cleaning. 4. Safety Please keep children and pets away from the cleaning area during the service. 5. Damage Disclaimer We take utmost care, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose fittings, or old plumbing issues. 6. Time Duration Cleaning time may vary depending on the condition of the bathroom. 7. Payment Terms Payment must be completed immediately after the service by cash Sofa cleaning 8. Before & After Check Customer must check the bathroom after cleaning and confirm the work before the team leaves. • Sofa cleaning results depend on fabric type, age, and level of stains. Complete stain removal is not guaranteed. • Old, deep, ink, paint, dye, oil, or chemical stains may not be fully removable. • Color fading or fabric damage due to existing wear, poor quality fabric, or prior chemical use is not our responsibility. • Sofa will be damp after cleaning and may take several hours to dry depending on ventilation and weather. • We are not responsible for shrinkage, loose stitching, or foam damage in old or low-quality sofas. • Customer must inform in advance about delicate fabric, prior damage, or special concerns. • Adequate water, electricity, and space should be provided by the customer. • Cleaning charges once confirmed are non-refundable after service completion. • Any complaint must be reported immediately after service completion. Water tank cleaning Water supply will be stopped during the cleaning process • The tank should be empty or nearly empty before service • Electricity and water must be provided by the customer • Service is applicable only for plastic water tanks • Cleaning includes sludge removal, jet washing • Any existing cracks or leakage in the tank are not our responsibility • Approximate service time: 2–4 hours (depends on tank size) *** Hard water stone not possible to remove. • Water can be used after 30–60 minutes of cleaning
