AR Nails & Beauty Salon Policies Please review carefully prior to booking. Deposit A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your service total. Timeliness Appointments are time-sensitive. Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may be canceled or adjusted. Cancellations A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-Shows No-shows forfeit their deposit and are required to pay the remaining balance of the appointment before you can book another appointment. Repeated no-shows may be restricted from future bookings. Payment Cash and card are accepted. Full payment is due upon completion of service. Pricing may vary based on the service provided. Service Guarantee Complimentary fixes are available within 24–48 hours for lifting or service-related defects. Client-caused damage is not covered. AR Nails & Beauty offers gel services only. Acrylic enhancements will not be serviced or removed. Service or design changes after the appointment has begun may incur additional fees. Health & Safety Clients must disclose any allergies, infections, or medical conditions prior to service. Services will be declined if signs of fungus, open wounds, or contagious conditions are present. Right to Refuse Service AR Nails & Beauty reserves the right to refuse service for hygiene concerns, inappropriate behavior, or repeated policy violations. Media Use Photos and/or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. Consent is implied unless stated otherwise prior to service. Policy Agreement Booking an appointment confirms acceptance of all AR Nails & Beauty policies.
