By booking an appointment with AKLASHES661, you agree to the following terms and conditions: All $20 booking fees are non-refundable. Grace Period: I allow a 10 minute grace period to your appointment. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, you'll lose your deposit. I respect my time and your time, please do the same! I do my best work when I am not rushed during your appointment. Of course, you can always let me know when you're running behind. I always try to be understanding. In addition, ALL services, products, and deposits are FINAL. Please make sure to complete your consent forms before your appointment ✨ These forms are very important because they help ensure your safety, comfort, and the best possible lash experience. They allow us to review any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or previous reactions that could affect your service. Consent forms also help us understand your lash goals, explain aftercare and salon policies, and confirm that you understand the procedure before we begin.
