Policy and Terms
By booking with A Wink of Glam, you agree to the following: Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled if necessary, with notice given. Please arrive on time—late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. Cancellations or changes should be made as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee. Appointment Preparation Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup or skincare. Do not wear contact lenses. No extra guests (friends, family, or pets). Infill Policy Infills require at least 40% of lashes remaining—otherwise, a full set is needed. 2-week infills: days 8–14 3-week infills: days 15–21 Over 3 weeks: full set required Aftercare Avoid water for 24 hours Do not rub or touch lashes Clean daily with lash cleanser Brush every morning Avoid sleeping on your face Maintain infills every 2–3 weeks
