A Day With K 

-Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Without loosing their deposit. 

- Clients that are more than 15 mins late to their appointment will have to pay a $20 late fee at the end of their service 

-My chemical prices are not set prices they are starting prices for every extra mixture I use depending on the thickness or length of your hair it is an additional $20 per mixture

Child policy: 
       • Per salon policy, children are not allowed unless they are receiving a service or accompanying a breastfeeding mother. Please arrange child care in advance. 

Redo Policy:
	•	If you leave the salon unhappy with your hair, you must inform (me) Kailee before leaving the salon that day. This is necessary for me to address any concerns and make sure you are satisfied with the final result.
	•	If after 72hrs & one wash you still feel the same way about your hair, I offer a 50% discount of the original appointment service on a redo of the service.

Important Notes:
	•	The redo must be scheduled within a week of your original appointment.
	•	If you do not communicate your dissatisfaction with (me) Kailee before leaving the salon, I will not be able to offer a redo at the discounted rate.
