Policy and Terms

All bookings require a deposit before your appointment is confirmed. Deposits are non-refundable. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, 24 hours notice is required. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the appointment total. ‘No Show’ will be charged 100% of the appointment total & any future appointments will require full payment at time of booking. Gel Removal: Please note, we will not remove any gel/builder gel/nail enhancements that have not been applied by Katy at KBeaut. If you wish to book, please ensure nails done elsewhere are removed before your appointment. Thank you
