A valid card is required to secure your appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) and no-shows will be charged 60% of the total service value.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation.

Add-ons such as nail art, repairs, removals or care treatments must be selected at the time of booking. Extras may apply depending on nail condition and requested design. Any additional cost will always be discussed before the service begins.
After booking, you may be asked to upload a clear photo of your current nails (and an inspiration photo if you have a design in mind). This allows proper preparation for your appointment.

All treatments are cosmetic only and not medical or clinical.
