Policy and Terms

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. A patch test will be offered to you, with the patch test form when booking in for lash and brow treatments . If you do not want a patch test you must state this on the form and sign it. If you do want a patch test, you must come at least 24 hours before your appointment. To book a patch test you can either contact me or book it yourself via the service menu.
