Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking and the day before service. 
 Required is a 15% deposit at the time of booking. 
Deposits are non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion, and if you are arriving 15 minutes past appointment time, you may have to forfeit your appointment and be charged as a no-show

No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. 

Destiny is a very lovely person! I immediately felt so comfortable with her. She explained what she was going to do to my hair and she did just that! My hair looks amazing and I can’t thank her enough!
