Clients must arrive on time; late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without refund. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time; failure to provide timely notice may incur a cancellation fee. Payment is due at the time of service. The Studio is not liable for any injuries or adverse reactions resulting from treatment. Clients must disclose any medical conditions or concerns prior to service. Personal belongings are the client’s responsibility. The Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. By booking an appointment, clients agree to these terms and consent to treatment. Privacy of client information is maintained in accordance with applicable laws.
