Shadow Eyelashes Terms and Policy By booking services with Shadow Eyelashes, clients agree to these terms. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours prior may incur a fee. Clients must provide accurate information and notify Shadow Eyelashes of any medical conditions affecting service suitability. Services are provided as described; results may vary and are not guaranteed. Shadow Eyelashes is not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from client failure to disclose relevant health information. Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Shadow Eyelashes reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.
