It is mandatory to book a consultation first If you have not had a colouring/highlighting appointment with us before or want to change what you normally get done.

We respectfully ask if you need to cancel your appointment, that you give us at least 48 hours notice.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your expected appointment will be subject to 50% charge of the service in which you've booked.

Same Day cancellations (Less then 12 hours) & no shows will be subject to 100%
charge of the service in which you’ve booked.

If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to reduce your appointment accordingly or even reschedule.

I recently treated myself to the new Japanese Head Spa treatment at Claire Lloyd’s Salon, and honestly, "amazing" doesn’t even begin to cover it. From start to finish, the entire experience was absolute heaven.
The attention to detail and care during the scalp treatment and massage was incredible. It is so much more than just a hair wash, it is a deeply relaxing, therapeutic experience that completely melts away every bit of stress. The environment was peaceful, the products felt luxurious 😍

Lovely haircut today! Service and general atmosphere were absolutely lovely. Love the hair I walked out with too, the stylist totally heard what I asked for and cut my hair so well. This is the second time I’ve had my hair done here and both have been positive experiences, defo would recommend!
