She really listened to what I wanted, reassured me throughout, and took the time to make sure I was happy. My haircut was exactly what I asked for, and the colour turned out beautifully. I’m so pleased with the results and couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. I would definitely recommend Jess to anyone looking for a friendly, talented hairdresser who really listens!”
