Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time.

Please arrive alone to your appointment unless otherwise approved.

To keep my schedule running smoothly, appointments must be confirmed 24 hours in advance. If I don’t receive confirmation, the appointment will be cancelled so I can offer the spot to another client.

Refills are only accepted on my work only, within 2–4 weeks. After 4 weeks I suggest a soak off and a new set. 

Clients arriving 10 minutes late may be required to shorten the service or reschedule. Arrivals 15+ minutes late will be considered a no-show and your appointment will be cancelled. 

Add-ons must be selected at booking. Additional services requested during the appointment may not be accommodated due to time constraints.

All sales are final. Complimentary repairs are available up to the 3rd day for any nail that lifts or breaks.
